HOLLOWAY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Loren Robbie Wilson timely appeals his conviction, after a jury trial, on charges of robbery of an F.D.I.C. insured bank with the use of a dangerous weapon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d).

This appeal presents four issues. First, Wilson argues that the trial court’s denial of Wilson’s motion for acquittal was error because the Government failed to establish a jurisdictional element of the offense, namely the insured status of the bank.
