Metzger v. Mann

J. A. Metzger filed in this court an application for a writ of prohibition against Richard M. Mann, Judge of the Second Division of the Circuit Court of Pulasld County, Arkansas, to prohibit said circuit court from assuming jurisdiction in a suit brought against the petitioner by the People’s Trust Company.
