Appeal from Saginaw. (Gage, J.) Bill filed for an' accounting by an alleged trustee, and to carry out the trust. Defendants appeal. The facts are stated in the opinion and head-notes.

In this case the complainants allege in their bill of complaint that Magdalena Edinger, Katharina Christian, and Anna Maack were the daughters of the first wife of the defendant Andreas Heiser, and that their said mother died on or about the seventeenth day of February, A. D. 1880, at Middlebury, Ohio.
