MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VRATIL, District Judge.

Attorneys Liability Protection Society (“ALPS”) filed suit against Reliance Insurance Company for declaratory relief, asking the Court to find that Reliance is either a primary insurer or a co-insurer with respect to a malpractice claim against Evelyn Zabel Wilson. In response, Reliance asks the Court to find that ALPS is the primary insurer.
