Before the Court is a motion to enforce the automatic stay (the “Motion”) that the debtor, Caroline “Dee” Wyly (“Dee”), brought against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) after it named her as a relief defendant in its amended complaint filed in a separate civil action pending in the Southern District of New York.
