This is an action by the limited partners (Glanzers) against their general partner (Dehon) and the general partner’s parent corporation (St. Joseph’s 1 ).
BACKGROUND AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On June 20, 1984, the Glanzers and De-hon formed a limited partnership, Glanzer Tackle Company, to manufacture and distribute fishing tackle and related products.
