This is a dispute over the auction sale of a house in Pegram, Tennessee. Plaintiff Joan Ross Wildasin sued the administrator C.T.A. (Peggy D. Mathes, or “Mathes”) and the auction company that she hired (Bill Colson Auction & Realty, or “Col-son”). Against Mathes, Plaintiff brings claims for negligence as administrator C.T.A. (Count I) and negligence as legal counsel (Count II). Against Colson, she brings claims of negligence and negligence per se (Count III).
