OPINION

The appellant husband appeals from a judgment denying his claim for recovery of expenditures to support a minor child which he asserted as a cross-claim in paternity proceedings instituted within a dissolution action. The appellee natural father contends in a cross-issue on appeal that the superior court and consequently this court was and is without jurisdiction to adjudicate the claim in these proceedings.
