HATHAWAY, Judge.
This matter is before us on a petition for special action. The petitioner, an indi■gent, by and through her attorneys, the Legal Aid Society of the Pima County Bar Association, brought suit seeking an absolute divorce. With the divorce complaint, petitioner filed a motion to waive filing fees and costs and for leave to proceed in forma pauperis accompanied by a supporting affidavit by petitioner as plaintiff.
