Treat, all the interest or estate which either the trustees or Mrs. Treat acquired, under the will of Doctor Stringer, in or to lot No. 1, terminated; and unless the mortgages were so executed as to constitute them valid liens as against Mrs. Treat upon her reversion, the lien created by the mortgages also ceased on the death of her husband.
