Mrs. Euth L. Heath sued the Atlantic Coast Line Eailroad Company and T. D. Boone, alleging that on February 25, 1936, at about 7:40 a. m., at a point on the railroad tracks of the company opposite the residence hereinafter referred to, the eleven-year-old son of the plaintiff was killed by ■ being struck by the front engine of a train of the defendant company, which was in the full management and control of the co-defend*764ant, T.
