OPINION

REID, Justice.

The primary issue presented for review in this workers’ compensation ease is whether the trial court abused its discretion in awarding certain expenses as discretionary costs pursuant to Tenn.R.Civ.P. 54.04(2) and Tenn. Code Ann. § 50-6-226(c)(l). The Court concludes that the judgment of the trial court should be affirmed as modified herein.
