Affirming.

This case involves the construction of a deed of conveyance of a certain house and lot in Ashland, Ky., which was executed February 15, 1936, by Cal Moore and others to “Martin Loss Stambangh and Gertrude Stambaugh, husband and wife, parties of the second part.”
