On July 19, 2018, Plaintiff James McKee filed an amended putative class action complaint against Defendant General Motors, LLC ("GM"). ECF 18. Plaintiff alleged that GM "designed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, sold and warranted" models of the 2015-17 GMC Canyon and Chevrolet Colorado ("Class Vehicles") that were "equipped with defective 6L50 transmissions."
