This is a motion by the plaintiff in the three above-entitled actions for an order suppressing and excluding upon the trial any evidence obtained by means of an autopsy alleged to have been unlawfully performed upon the body of plaintiff’s deceased husband in violation of section 2214 of the Penal Law.
