On November 7, 2002 (the “Petition Date”), Gruppo Antico, Inc., f/k/a Trend Holdings, Inc., et. al. (the “Debtor”) filed a voluntary chapter 11 bankruptcy petition. On November 11, 2003, the Debtor commenced this adversary proceeding by filing a Complaint (the “Original Complaint”) (docket no. 1) against Hipro Electronics, Inc.
