I. ISSUE
The Debtor in this ease, Holly’s Inc. (“Debtor”) has filed a motion with this court seeking a determination whether a prepetition tax lien filed by the State of Michigan (sometimes referred to as the “State”) to secure unpaid taxes owed by the Debtor remains valid and enforceable after confirmation of the Debtor’s chapter 11 plan.
