Reversing.

This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly caused by the negligence of appellants’ agent. Appellee, the plaintiff below, recovered a judgment for $15,000, and appellants appeal on a number of grounds.

Appellants were engaged as partners in the grocery business at London, Kentucky. The accident happened when a truck being driven by Ed Parman slipped off the side of the road in Laurel County and pinned appellee to a bank.
