ROMANG, Judge:

This is a suit for wrongful death and property damages. Trial before a jury resulted in a verdict of $250,000.00 for wrongful death, and a verdict of $25,476.95 for property damages. The trial court ordered a remittitur of $100,000.00 on the wrongful death verdict as the condition for denying a new trial. The remittitur was made, but the plaintiff affected thereby, has appealed contending that the trial court abused its discretion in ordering the remit-titur.
