Before the Court are the merits of the above-captioned adversary proceeding commenced by Samuel Sharmat (the “Plaintiff” or “Dr. Sharmat”) in the Chap-ter 7 case of Ronald Gallen (the “Defen-dant” or “Mr. Gallen”). The Plaintiff con-tends that certain money owed to him by the Defendant cannot be discharged in this bankruptcy pursuant to Sections 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code.
