From a rather incomplete statement as to the merits of the controversy in this case, we gather that the petitioner, doubtless meaning the intervening petitioner, appeals from an order entered on his petition to quash a writ of attachment issued against the University State Bank, garnishee, under which writ the plaintiff, meaning, we think, the intervening petitioner, claimed that certain liberty bonds owned by the petitioner, or perhaps the intervening petitioner, were held by the garnishee.
