Introduction

Before the Court are a number of motions related to Plaintiffs Complaint for Declaratory Relief. That Complaint seeks a determination that the real estate listed in his Bankruptcy Schedule A is his property.1 Defendant disputes that claim and has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. After Plaintiff filed a reply to that motion, Defendant amended it to add a request for dismissal for failure to join necessary parties.
