This is a suit in equity, brought in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, by several alleged owners of shares of stock in the Hargadine-MeKittrick Dry Goods Company, a Missouri corporation, against said Dry Goods Company, Martin F. Donahoe, president, and J. C. Zeigler, secretary, Thomas T. Fauntleroy and Robert MeKittrick Jones, trustees, of said Dry Goods Company, and the St. Louis Union Trust Company. The purpose of this action is to enable the plaintiffs to obtain possession' of certificates to certain shares of stock claimed by them in said Dry Goods Company.
