This is an appeal from a judgment awarding Appellee, Walter Clark Advertising, Inc., its debt and interest on a sworn account, together with attorney’s fees. Appellants, PJM, Inc. and Phil Mentesana, contend that since appellee’s interest charge was in excess of twice the amount allowed by law, the court erred in failing to hold that appellee should forfeit all debt and interest.
