— Plaintiffs, Jack Davidson and Alice M. Davidson, entered these proceedings in an action of ejectment against Mary Ewing, to show cause why defendant should not be *118evicted from the premises, known as Apartment No. 10, 1010 Western Avenue, N. S., Pittsburgh, Pa., which defendant holds under an oral lease, from week to week.
