The plaintiff, Sabrina De Sousa, brings this action against the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, the U.S. State Department, and the U.S. Department of Defense, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 652, and the Privacy Act (“PA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552a, challenging various aspects of the defendants’ responses to the plaintiffs six FOIA requests.
