This is an appeal on questions of law from a ;udgment of the Probate Court of Hamilton county, determining the heirs of Margaret Cronin Zinsle, deceased, who died in September, 1936, leaving surviving her the direct descendants of her deceased brothers and sister. These relatives are:(1) Two nephews, who are the children of the intestate’s brother, James Cronin.(2) .
