Clara Stephenson died intestate on April 14, 1945, and thereafter Vancil Leser was appointed Administrator of her Estate. On May 18,1946, the Administrator brought this action in this Court for the purpose of determining the heirs-at-law of his decedent.

The parents of Clara Stepheiison predeceased her and she *626left surviving her no brothers or sisters or their lineal descendants. The paternal grandparent and the maternal grandparent also predeceased the decedent and both left lineal descendants surviving.
