OPINION

ENSLEN, District Judge.

This discovery dispute is before the Court pursuant to plaintiffs appeal of a portion of an Order issued by Magistrate Judge Rowland. On November 16, 1992, Magistrate Judge Rowland issued an Opinion and Order granting defendants’ motion to compel the depositions of several parties. Plaintiff now objects to the order as applied to Helmut and Jobst Wagner, who are citizens of Germany and Sweden.

Defendants’ motion to compel depositions was part of its ongoing efforts to discover plaintiff’s corporate meeting minutes.1 In its motion, defendants argued that had…
