Pending before the Court is Defendant Union Security Life Insurance Co.’s (“Defendant’s”) Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings, filed on May 31, 2007. Plaintiff Donald Chastain (“Plaintiff!’) opposed Defendant’s motion on June 18, 2007 and Defendant replied on July 2, 2007.
