I. INTRODUCTION
In this wrongful death case, filed pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act (“FTCA”), 1 Plaintiff claims that an allegedly deficient weather briefing by the FAA was the cause, or at least a cause, of the crash of a sleek, experimental “hotrod” of an airplane in which Plaintiffs decedent, passenger James Srock, was killed.
