On the 17th day of April, 1907, the Pioneer Telephone & Telegraph Company, plaintiff in error, filed its complaint in the United States District Court of the Northern District of the Indian Territory, praying an injunction against the defendant, the incorporated town of Chelsea, and on the same day a temporary restraining order was by the judge of said court allowed and issued, and the hearing of the application for a temporary injunction set for April 27, 1907, at Vinita.
