OPINION OF

THE COURT.

To the four special counts in the declaration, the defendant demurs, and takes issue on the common counts. The questions in the case arise on the demurrer, and there are some objections as to the manner in which the instrument is set out; but as the main point appears in the declaration, it is proper to advert to the obligation on which the action is founded.
