This case is a consolidation of the cases of William Cameron & Company, Inc. v. Nettie Yarby et al., and William Cameron & Company v. Mary Johnson et al., originally filed - in the district court of Jefferson county, and consolidated in that court. These cases were brought for the recovery of sums of money alleged to be due plaintiff for lumber and material alleged to have been furnished Z.
