In a nine-count complaint filed on April 9, 2001, relator, Office of Disciplinary Counsel, charged respondent, John D. Poley of Dayton, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0000051, with numerous violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Respondent answered, and the matter was referred to a panel of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court (“board”).
