OPINION
Opinion by Justice HINOJOSA.
Appellants, Aurelio Ibarra Mendez, Tomas Padilla, Teresa Padilla, and Guillermi-na Ruiz, sued appellee, San Benito/Cameron County Drainage District No. 3, for negligence, gross negligence, negligence per se, nuisance, and inverse condemnation. Appellee moved for summary judgment, and the trial court granted the motion. By five issues, appellants contend the trial court erred in denying their mo tion to reconsider the granting of appel-lee’s motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
