MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Now before the Court is a Notice of Removal (Doc. # 1) filed by Defendants Howmedica Osteonics Corporation (“Howmedica”),1 Stryker Sales Corporation (“Stryker Sales”), and Stryker Corporation (“Stryker”) (collectively, the “Corporate Defendants”) on September 4, 2012, and a Motion to Remand (Doc. # 15) filed by Plaintiff Elizabeth Culpepper (“Plaintiff” or “Culpepper”) on October 4, 2012.
