Plaintiff Adrian L. Blissit, Jr., a former prison inmate, alleges that he was assaulted by Defendant Officer Fiquris while incarcerated at the Belmont Correctional Institution ("BeCI"). Mr. Blissit asserts his claim against Officer Fiquris pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that Officer Fiquris violated his Eighth Amendment right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment.
