Plaintiff, DAVID MACHIN, instituted these proceedings alleging age discrimination and retaliation pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634. Additionally, plaintiff has asserted age discrimination under the local discrimination statute, Law No. 100 of June 30, 1959, 29 P.R.
