Plaintiff Addiel Soto Feliciano (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “Soto”) filed this action pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA” or “the Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 623, against his former employer Villa Cofres! Hotels, Inc., (‘VCH” or “the Hotel”) and Sandra Caro (collectively referred to as “Defendants”), alleging discrimination on the basis of age and retaliation for engaging in protected conduct.
