Plaintiff, Diane Katzer, was granted a judgment for divorce from defendant, William Katzer, Jr., in April 1971. The custodial portion of the judgment as modified in October 1971, awarded custody of William Katzer III, bom April 25, 1967, the only child bom to the parties during the marriage, jointly among plaintiff, defendant and the intervening paternal grandparents.
