This action involves a controversy over the distribution of partnership funds. On the 19th day of March, 1904, the plaintiff and defendants entered into a copartnership in the wholesale and retail butchering and meat business, to be conducted in the city and county of Spokane, and elsewhere in this state, as might he thereafter determined. The copartnership agreement was in writing. It provided that the partnership should begin on the date aforesaid and should continue as long as it should be agreeable to the partners.
