A jury convicted Clarence W. Woodard and Mark Keller of conspiracy to commit health care fraud, to file false claims, and to use the mails in furtherance of a scheme to defraud finding Woodard and Keller, as principals of Keller Medical Services, Inc. (“KMS”), conspired to submit false claims for Medicare reimbursement for ambulance transportation of dialysis patients.
