HEANEY, Circuit Judge.

Donald James Brun, Jr. appeals a jury verdict finding him guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 113(a)(3), on the Red Lake Indian Reservation. The district court 1 sentenced Brun to three years’ probation. Brun appeals the conviction, arguing that testimony used against him was hearsay and violated the Confrontation Clause. We affirm.
