Plaintiff, the administrator of the estate of Mary June Martinez, deceased, brought a wrongful death action in district court against defendants, Fredrick B. Fishburn (hereinafter “Fishburn”) and Memorial Hospital of Carbon County (hereinafter “Hospital”), for damages resulting from their alleged malpractice.
