In this putative class action, Plaintiffs Jennifer Gordon, Valerie Tantlinger, and Jennifer Underwood allege that Defendants Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc. (“Kohl’s”) and Capital One, National Association (“Capital One”) improperly charged them for two “enhancement products” related to their Kohl’s-branded credit card accounts.
