¶ 1 This is an appeal from the trial court’s July 13, 2001, order granting judgment confirming a sheriffs sale of certain mineral interests sold to satisfy a debt between the parties. Appellants Deep Blue Royalties and Leslie Ming filed a motion to vacate an earlier default judgment which gave appellee Mare Oil title to the mineral interests which were then sold at the sheriffs sale.
