Christopher Ragan was charged with aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery following an incident involving his girlfriend’s one-year-old son. The jury convicted Ragan of aggravated sexual battery for intentionally penetrating the baby’s anus with a foreign object. He was found not guilty of aggravated child molestation. Ragan appeals his conviction. We affirm.
