Steven Mark Lunsford was indicted on four counts of child molestation, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and one count of unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon. A jury convicted him of two counts of child molestation, two counts of sexual battery, as lesser included offenses of child molestation and aggravated assault with intent to rape, one count of aggravated assault, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
