This is an appeal from an order transferring the appellant from the Jefferson Juvenile Court to the circuit court for trial as an adult. The following three offenses involving the appellant were the subject of the transfer hearing: (1) unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle — on or about May 11, 1990, the appellant is alleged to have broken into a 1984 Chevrolet Monte Carlo automobile; (2) theft of property in the first degree — on or about May 23,1990, the appellant is alleged to have stolen a 1977 Oldsmobile automobile; and (3) receiving stolen property in the first…
